### Holiday Home 'Marina' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The Marina Holiday holiday home in Palermo is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. The holiday home features a private open terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening.  
  
The property is located very close to the beach and offers a lovely sea view. It is 4 km from the city centre, 6 km from Palermo Central Station, 13 km from Monreale, 16 km from Isola delle Femmine, 32 km from Palermo Airport and 73 km from Cefalù.  
  
Free on-street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted. The property provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is available on site.  
  
A shuttle service to the airport and train and bus stations is available, as well as excursions to Monte Pellegrino for an extra fee. Car sharing service is also offered upon request.

Wow. It was fabulous. Far from the madding crowd. Its on the edge of Palermo overlooking a little used beach. You get the authentic taste of Sicily here. One of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at is about 200 meters from the front door. Trizzano. You couldn't get a more attentive landlord. He was fabulous, great guy. If you can we would suggest that you use his taxi service. He is 100% cheaper than the opposition.
