Récemment rénové, appartement, tout le mobilier est neuf, tout confort. Le logement est situé dans le centre de Palerme à deux pas de la Piazza Politeama, qui passent le bus pour l'aéroport, la plage de Mondello, pour atteindre les principaux points de la ville et à visiter tourisme dans la ville. Très proche des deux rues principales du centre historique de Palerme, Via Roma et la Via Maqueda et la via Ruggero Settimo et les moyens de la liberté, (les deux principales rues commerçantes de Palerme). Idéalement situé sur les deux plus belles places historiques de Palerme, Piazza Politeama et Piazza Massimo, à quelques mètres du bourg du Cap et à proximité de marchés historiques et Vucciria Ballarò. La gare centrale, où les connexions arrivent et partent avec l'ensemble de la Sicile, Monreale et de nombreux autres endroits importants peuvent être atteints à pied en 10 minutes. Vous n'avez pas besoin de la voiture, à pied et en transports en commun, vous pouvez visiter toute la ville. Idéal pour des vacances à explorer les attractions touristiques qui offre Palerme (musées, églises, parcs, théâtres, marchés historiques, etc.). Le logement a été récemment rénové et tous les meubles et le mobilier sont nouveaux. L'appartement est équipé de pompes à chaleur et de la télévision, se compose d'un salon spacieux avec canapé-lit pour une heure et demie d'une cuisine, une toilette douche, deux chambres doubles, un canapé-lit double pour un total de 6 lits. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos - very clean and all in good working order. Casa Soliva was exactly as pictured and described, which was wonderful. It is a very comfortable and spacious place to stay. It had everything I needed for an extended stay, so I am absolutely certain it would meet your needs for a shorter one. The location was PERFECT!! I was extremely pleased that I could walk to many of the UNESCO and historic sites of Palermo. The neighbourhood had great restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. Die Lage ist für eine Zufußerkundung Palermos sehr gut und im Umfeld gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es ist eigentlich eher die Suchmaskte im Netz das Problem. Wir suchten für 4 Personen und bekamen den Preis für 2 Personen. Erst bei der Endabrechnung tauchten "weitere Personen" auf, die zusätzlich verrechnet wurden. Ja, wir hätten genauer hinschauen können, aber wozu dann am Anfang die Abfrage der Anzahl der Personen, wenn ein falscher Preis ausgewiesen wird. I just got back home and I am already missing my adorable flat in Palermo. Antonello is the perfect example of what a host should be. Just as everyone has mentioned, he was there right on time to greet us and to welcome us to his property, taking and lots of time to show us the apartment. He is such a personable and very nice man. Getting there from the airport was very easy as we took the book to Piazza Politeamo, a very short 10 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment was as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the little balcony provided a space for reading, and once, we had lunch there. Antonello's apartment is walking distance to just about everything, including several markets for food shopping. Most of all, it was a 10 minute walk to the famous theatre and the pedestrian walk that stretched 15 to 20 blocks. We intended to use the small kitchen a lot more but instead, ate out each day, as the food in Sicily is to die for. We found several great restaurants in which we returned several times and made friends with the owner and the servers. This 2-bedroom apartment is truly in a centralized location and is on a relatively quiet street. The weather was very nice so the air-condition was not needed. Jedes Zimmer ist in anderer Farbe gestaltet. Auf dem Balkon gibts sogar Platz für einen kleinen Tisch. Antonello ist sehr nett, hat viele Tipps zu Restaurants. ##### Monika W. So nice, and we could go out and enjoy the city. The apartment is very well-located, in a safe neighborhood. It's right beside a small piazza and park, with a grocery and other businesses in one direction, plus a square with taxis, and a quieter area with a few restaurants the other direction. Leaving the other end of the alley, you come to a great gelato place, and Teatro Massimo is about a five minute walk. We found it very convenient for seeing the city. The apartment is spacious, with two large, comfortable beds, and a good-sized living room with a small sunlit balcony with a table and two chairs. The kitchen is small but quite functional. The bathroom is also small, and the shower is tight, but we were just fine using it during our four-day stay as it was well-arranged with space to store your bathroom items. The washing machine worked very well and there was a drying rack and plenty of hangers. The wi-if worked well. Antonello communicated quickly and clearly and was a real pleasure to meet.
