Typical hotel room bonus of having a bidet. This should standard everywhere. The a/c was very noisy this turned into an advantage. It became a great white noise machine as we were there during the celebration of the Virgin of Guadalupe constant firecrackers and fireworks. 🙂 The pool was refreshing, clean and cool. The hot tubs were never hot in the four night we were there. Very disappointing after a long travel day and then a trip to the cold waterfalls. The location is great. A two minute walk to the ADO, surrounded by higher end restaurants on a very walkable street. We felt very safe and comfortable here. Centro was a short walk away and again we always felt safe. The room had an A/C that couldn't be regulated at set at 68 degrees so we shut it off and turned on the ceiling fan but had to open the window for air circulation but were kept up all night with noise from scooters, cars, etc right by our window. We asked for another room but were told they were booked and we could move the next day. At around 9am, they found another room for the next two days which was quieter.
