Modern apartment with a privileged location that has a living-dining room with balcony with access to the main street of the village with noise-insulating glass, fully equipped american kitchen, a double suite bedroom and a double room with two single beds. In addition, it has two full bathrooms with shower. Located on the first floor of a completely renovated building with all exterior rooms. It has a lift, wifi, air conditioning, heating through duct and a parking place in a very close building. It is located 150m from the beach and right in the center of town.
