The views are stunning, the pools are beautiful, and the whole property is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. You do need a car to get here, but it’s worth it—I recommend staying more than one night to truly enjoy everything. The food was some of the best we had during our entire Europe trip. The restaurant at night is especially incredible. The pools do close a bit early, which was inconvenient, but everything else made up for it. Our bed broke during the stay, but the staff responded quickly and provided excellent service to make up for the issue. The service overall was outstanding, and the entire property is truly special. Beautiful views of the countryside, has 2 swimming poles. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Our Maps on our phone took us to the middle of nowhere when we first arrived, called the resort and they gladly guided us to the place. Breakfast was wonderful and so was dinner here at the property. Rooms were a great size. We stayed in RM23 which had a beautiful balcony. Do be prepared to walk to and from your parked car across the street \[the resorts parking area\]. However since we were only passing by (stayed 1 night) was it very long drive to there. A peaceful place with nice accommodation surrounded by beautiful Tuscan hills. Most tourist destinations are about 45-60 min drive, but it's worth it. I also lived the complimentary shower gel and shampoo infused with olive oil.
