Have been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years and have always wanted to stay at fiesta Americana, we were very impressed with the hotel staff and the rooms were amazing, great view of the beach front, room service, hell I could go on and on. As first-time visitors from Canada to Cozumel and The Explorean, we spent 21 wonderful days there and truly cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the staff, facilities, food, and impeccable cleanliness of the entire resort were all superb. What truly sets this hotel apart is the inclusion of a guided activity each day, such as cycling, dune buggy adventures, snorkeling, kayaking, beach outings, and historical museum visits, which puts the resort head and shoulders above others. The hardworking and courteous staff made an immediate and lasting impression. Gabriel and Edwin in the restaurant, Miguel at the pool, and Aaron at the beach provided exceptional service, while Ariel, Nestor, and Daniel, our knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides, made each activity especially memorable. My wife and I will most definitely be returning.
