The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Phone, Meow, and Bom at the front desk made sure all our needs were met and were super welcoming. The front door guy was also really nice, though I didn’t catch his name. Check-in was easy, and they even let us check in early when we arrived sooner than expected. Our package included a daily breakfast, which was good! The hotel and room were clean, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. A bit nitpicky, but it did feel a little outdated compared to the photos on Expedia, especially the bathroom, which could use a refresh. The Wi-Fi was okay, though a little patchy at times. The location was good, and renting a motorbike would definitely make getting around more convenient. Overall, it was a good stay with excellent customer service. Everything was pretty close by. Night market about 5 mins drive. Waterfalls and zip lining about 30-40 mins drive. However the hotel is kind of old. The lobby and restaurant area was nicely decorated but the room lacked a lot.
