It is air-conditioned, heatable and has WiFi. The apartment consists of a combined living, sleeping and kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, as well as a 15 m² partially covered terrace with sea view. A table, chairs, sun loungers and a private grill are available on the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery and a dining table. The apartment has a separate access and a parking space directly at the property. Bicycles are available for use, a boat mooring can be used upon request. The location is idyllic, quiet and surrounded by plenty of greenery, just a few metres from the rocky beach. The surroundings are ideal for beach holidays, family holidays, romantic stays and active holidays. In the vicinity, there are restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, doctors, and various leisure offerings. Activities in the surrounding area include water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, jet skiing, beach volleyball, and children's leisure parks. Included in the price are registration and deregistration fees, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet, kitchen towels, and interim cleaning. Additional costs will be incurred for air conditioning, airport transfer, and bicycle use.
