  • The apartment Fuerteventura Sol 305 is located in one of the most beautiful corners of the island of Fuerteventura in Costa Calma, 30m from the beach. It is part of a warm and exclusive residential complex, recently renovated, called "Residencial Los Hibiscus".

    The apartment is fully furnished, including all bedding, linen and utensils. All rooms are independent. The apartment is divided into living room with table and chairs for 4 people, living room with 42-inch television with satellite and radio and Internet. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Mediterranean bathroom with shower, toilet, towels and hair dryer, two comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with bunk bed. The apartment has closets wardrobe and a terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
