Ideal für 2 Familien mit Kindern.  
 8 Personen, möglicherweise zwei weitere.   
Hunde sind willkommen, Privatstrand für Hunde, großer Park für Hunde zum freien Aufenthalt, spezieller klimatisierter Raum für Hunde.  
 Die Villa liegt auf einem Felsen über der Bucht, inmitten eines mediterranen botanischen Parks von 3000 m2, in dem endemische Schildkröten frei herumlaufen. Es gibt keine Nachbarn in der Nähe und fast das gesamte Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar.   
Das Haus verfügt über 4 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer (3 davon mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten), ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Esszimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen separaten Raum im Hof ​​mit Toilette, ebenfalls klimatisiert, der als private Mini-Disco (Beamer mit Display, Lichtshow, Rauchgerät) oder als Arbeitszimmer oder zusätzliches Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann.  
Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen privaten Boccia-Platz mit zwei Sätzen Boccia-Bällen (für Erwachsene und Kinder) sowie einen Schießstand für Airsoft-Waffen. Wir haben auch ein professionelles Teleskop,   
Das Haus verfügt über Zugang zu zwei Privatstränden, von denen einer für Haustiere geeignet ist, die willkommen sind.  
Im Hof ​​gibt es ein kleines Schwimmbad mit Süßwasser und einem Durchmesser von 3 Metern. Am Strand gibt es ein natürliches Meeresbecken mit flachem, warmem Meer, abhängig von den Gezeiten, das als Kinderschwimmbereich dient. Für den Fall, dass jemand bei klarem Himmel im Meer schlafen möchte, kann eine 2x2 Meter große Luftmatratze hineingelegt werden.  
Außerdem gibt es am Strand eine Terrasse, die mit einer Markise überdacht ist, sodass immer Schatten vorhanden ist. Schälschale aus Salz und aromatischen mediterranen Pflanzen. An zwei Stellen gibt es Außenduschen. Es gibt viele kleine authentische Strände, die nur wenige Minuten vom Schwimmen entfernt liegen. Rund um das Haus gibt es zwei Jungs mit einzigartiger Aussicht.  
Im Hof ​​gibt es einen Esstisch für 8-10 Personen.   
Wir haben einen runden Weber-Grill mit Deckel und Thermometer sowie einen weiteren Grill, wenn Sie ein Picknick am Strand machen möchten.  
Auf dem Anwesen gibt es über zehn verschiedene Orte zum Entspannen mit Liegestühlen und Stühlen, von denen jeder ein anderes Panorama auf die Natur und das Meer bietet  
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit unter freiem Himmel zu schlafen, wir sind mit 6 zusätzlichen Matratzen und Moskitonetzen ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Weinkühlschrank und Sätze von Meyers-Lexika aus dem Jahr 1924 in deutscher Sprache sowie eine Reihe von Meyers-Lexika zur Kunstgeschichte, ebenfalls in deutscher Sprache. Wir haben auch alte Kochbücher in deutscher Sprache aus dem Jahr 1934\. SUP, Kajak und andere Sportgeräte sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Ausrüstung zum Sportklettern, Angelzubehör (eine wöchentliche Genehmigung ist leicht zu bekommen). Die Renaissancestadt Pag ist 4 km und zehn Minuten entfernt. Wir haben auch einen privaten kostenlosen Parkplatz für 3 Autos, der 80 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt liegt.
