  • Discover this fabulous 6-bedroom gem in Paducah. This lovely fully renovated house offers multiple spaces for relaxing and entertaining- a dining and den area, living room, a little foyer upstairs and an outdoor area with table, loveseat and chairs. With 4 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed with trundle, there's plenty of space for families or girls’ trip weekends. The house features 3.5 bathrooms (En-suite bath features soaking tub and walk in shower)

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a new kitchenaid mixer, Nespresso machine, bullet blender, pots, pans, baking sheets, dinnerware, utensils, glasses, champagne and wine glasses for 12.

    The house sits on three city lots so there is ample room for outdoor games.

    The house is only:

We had a wonderful time. The location was easy to get to all the things we wanted to do. Accommodated 6 adults without feeling cramped or needing to wait for a bathroom.

Everything was absolutely wonderful about this house and Mae was amazing ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and well appointed. Ready to plan our next trip to Paducah and stay here! Its location is perfect with quiet streets. It is within walking or bicycling distance to several restaurants and cafés, beautiful Noble Park, and the downtown and Riverfront areas.

Great property and the host is very communicative which I appreciate! My 4 year old niece LOVED all of the toys! Quiet neighborhood and lots of space for our family to spread out and yet be together.

Three couples and one more adult stayed here for 4 nights. It was a perfect space for us to gather together. Plenty of room to hang out or to play games (and many are provided), and room for everyone to have their own private space and alone time. It was decorated beautifully and was very clean. There were plentiful towels, silverware, glasses, and dinnerware. Nice quiet neighborhood. We noticed so many nice details and communication was great from start to finish. The host was very accommodating in letting us adjust our dates when illness struck half of our group before our trip. She was very attentive, with frequent check-ins, and we felt sure that if we had any issues, she would have been right on it! She also had excellent recommendations for restaurants and markets.

We absolutely loved this home! It was decorated beautifully and was immaculate. Nice quiet neighborhood! Wonderful place for a girls trip. Downtown Paducah has some amazing restaurants and shops.

Everything about this house was perfect for our stay. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet. Stores and restaurants were only a few minutes away.

The stay was great. Mae was so easy and pleasant to work with. Her suggestion to call the Convention and visitors bureau of Paducah to plan outings in the city worked out great. We were able to visit much of what the city offered regarding restaurants and tourist sites. We had a minor issue with hot water in the house but was resolved quickly.

We rented this incredible property so part of our family could gather to celebrate the 250th 4th of July. And our hostess Mae went above and beyond in her hospitality. Her decor was beautiful& welcoming. My grandsons enjoyed their Harry Potter room. My 4 year old grand daughter loved all the toys and play kitchen. She slept in the pink room and felt like a big girl. All 6 adults loved their rooms. The dining room table comfortably seated the 9 of us and we played games (several provided by Mae) visted, ate most breakfasts and desserts there everyday. We were given great suggestions for restaurants and activities from Mae and indulged in quite a few. She even made sure to let us know that the start time of the fireworks was delayed because of rain. We could tell she wanted us to have a great time. And thanks to her and her beautiful home we had the best time together. We will definitely be back!! A great time was had by all. Thank you Mae!

Great house

We had a fantastic stay at this house for our quilting vacation! With 9 adults, we needed plenty of space, and this home delivered. We were able to set up our sewing areas comfortably and still had room to spare for relaxing and enjoying our time together. The host was incredibly generous and communicated wonderfully, making the entire experience seamless. The neighborhood was also great—quiet, welcoming, and a perfect setting for our retreat. We would absolutely stay here again!

Most charming and accommodating place

Starting with the owner, Mae was the most accommodating and easy to work with. Every pic you see is as is, if not even more charming in person. My daughter and her bridal party stayed here rehearsal night and got ready for the wedding day here. Everyone was in awe of every intricate detail in this beautiful place. Hope to stay here again one day!

Perfect house for family gathering

We rented this house for family members coming into town for a funeral. Mae was wonderful to work with! She responded quickly and met us at the house upon check-in to answer any questions we had. The house was very clean and absolutely adorable inside. It provided the perfect space for our family to gather together. It came equipped with everything we could possibly need. We will definitely look to stay here again if and when we need to in the future.

Best Host Ever!

I have never left a review before. But this host 100% deserves one. The house was just as promised. Beds, layout, etc were all good. What stands out at this property above others I have stayed in the past was the host understood hospitality. All the little details were considered, and communication was great from start to finish. My group ran into a little issue or two, and the host made sure everything was taken care of but then went above and beyond. The house was good, but the experience was great in large part to the host caring for and serving people!
