« Nouveau propriétaire depuis un mois, ils sont sympathiques cependant cela n’excuse pas la propreté de la salle de bain, avons loué 2 chambres, les miroirs, vitres de douches (avec cheveux) et vanités étaient très sales, tâches d’éclaboussures de pâte à dent, pas d’eau dans la douche et évier, le lendemain matin lorsque nous les avons informé, ils nous dit qu’ils devaient activer la pompe ! Mon matelas était complètement creusé. Pas de télé, la piscine a besoin de rénovation…..dommage très bel...

« Hotel charmant au centre du Casco Viejo, bien situé sur une rue tranquille. Le personnel a été attentionné dès le premier moment et à su répondre à nos questions. La chambre était magnifique, moderne et décoré avec goût. Nous avons mangé les deux soirs au resto associé à l'hôtel, la deuxième fois sur la magnifique terrasse sur le toit. Dans les deux cas excellents repas et service impeccable. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel. »
