« This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. « Very disappointing experience, especially with the incorrect room assignment. We arrived at night and were given a room assignment. Security informed us that the room had no access code, so we contacted the host. I was then told that the room we had booked had actually been assigned to someone else.
Despite knowing this, the host still sent us to the room. We went upstairs only to find the door locked with no way to enter, so we had to come back downstairs.

« From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info.
Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...
