The best thing about this hotel was only the check-in. The staff was friendly and prompt.
Once we got to our room. It was all downhill. The room was dirty. There was bugs. The shampoo and conditioner were disgusting stains on the carpet stains on the bedding ants everywhere in the room. I called down to get iron and ironing board and it took over an hour and a half to deliver, couldn’t use it because we had to leave- wrinkles and all.
No lids for the cups, no ice in the ice machine. Water bottles were dirty looking. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
