Located on the Garden Promenade and Meriweather Square, this dog-friendly, four-bedroom home is in the heart of Seabrook, just steps from the park and pool, a one-minute walk to Seabrook's cozy cafes and shops, and fewer than five minutes from the beach.

Take a glass of wine out to the Adirondack chairs on the wrap-around porch and enjoy the sound of the ocean, watch the sunset, or sip your morning coffee while watching guests ride and stroll past Seabrook's iconic gazebo and Christmas Tree, just a few steps from the front door. Relax under the stars in the hot tub, or gather around the fireplace to sing songs, play games and make memories. LET IT BE includes three bedrooms in the main house, with a main-floor primary bedroom (including a private bathroom with twin sinks and a brand-new, walk-in, stone-tiled shower), plus a second primary (with ensuite bath) and third bedroom and bath upstairs, all with king-size beds featuring luscious bedding you'll love to sink into at the end of the day. The spacious carriage house features a fourth, queen-size bed, with a private, three-quarter bath, kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed.

In addition, the second-floor bonus room in the main house features another high-quality, queen-sized, pull-out sofa bed and two additional fold-out twin beds, along with unique board games (including a four-foot-by-four-foot, wall-mounted Scrabble game!), XBox 360 console, video games, books and puzzles for kids — and kids at heart.

All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs for those who want them; if you're instead looking to unplug, the sound of the ocean is just an open window away. Taken together, the house comfortably sleeps eight, with additional pull-out beds that expand capacity to 12 if needed.

The main floor features a dining room and kitchen with beautiful tile backsplash, granite counters, and all-new, modern appliances. You'll have everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner or whip up your favorite vacation snacks and meals. In addition, a gas grill on the covered, wrap-around porch is perfect for those family-favorite cookouts.

After a day exploring the magic of Seabrook, the dining-room table is where everyone comes together each night to share laughs, tell stories and play games. This beautiful white wood table comfortably seats eight, with room for four more at the island just a step away.

The living room, meanwhile, is where you'll find yourself curling up in front of the gas fireplace with a book or a cup of coffee in one of several comfy couches or chairs, laughing and playing games late into the night, or perhaps gathering to watch a movie or sporting event on the big-screen TV, including cable programming and a DVD/Blu-Ray player. The house also includes a mud room with a large-capacity washer and dryer and utility sink, perfect for wet beach towels or cleaning clams. An outdoor shower and faucet by the back door also makes it easy to rinse off salty bodies and sandy shoes after a trip to the beach, pool or hot tub, or to give the dog a good rinse after a roll in the sand.
