Sleeps 10! Thank you for taking the time to read about our home! We are minutes from campus. This 2400 sq.ft. home is 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, with galley kitchen and separate dining. The bedrooms consist of one king, two queens, one full and two singles. We can sleep up to 10\. There are also two twin blow up mattresses and two comfortable couches for up to 4 extra people. 14 people in all. The back patio has a gas grill, plenty of seating, dining table, tv, and swing. Please note: You must book within 7 days of staying in order for the property to be prepared for your stay and verify through VRBO with an email or Facebook account. During the week (unless it’s summer and school is out June 1-August 2) this is our primary residence and it is not available during the school year. Maybe 10 min to the campus. Room for multiple families and bathrooms in every bedroom. Kitchen is small but we still had ample room for a Thanksgiving spread. HUGE lift area with two twin beds, sofa, tv, and plenty of room for air mattresses (which she has). Wonderful, secluded back porch with huge sofa, tv, heaters, and a fire pit. Amy was so sweet to leave goody baskets, bottled water, and even travel sized toiletries in case you forgot something. She also messaged us to give us a couple of extra hours to check out.
