Ole Miss Rental Walking Distance to Stadium, Grove & Square
This home is a short walk away from the Historic Oxford Square or the Ole Miss Grove and is perfect for families or groups looking to come to Oxford and have a wonderful trip. Located on Beanland Drive in one of the most convenient areas of Oxford, this home is approximately 0.5 miles from the Square and 1.5 miles to Vaught Hemingway Stadium.
Upstairs the the home features a queen size master bedroom with a half bath and one full and one twin bedroom. All linens are provided. The fully furnished basement features a double bedroom with its own half bath. There is also a full bath with a shower/tub combination. There is a living area with a space for a queen air mattress (included). The house will sleep 6 very comfortably but could easily sleep more if needed (up to 10) between sofas and open spaces with air mattresses.
The house is equipped free Wifi.
Outside, there are 2 decks off the back of the house with a large backyard. The top screened in deck features a ping pong table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook or entertain.
This home is available year-round for all Oxford events including Football, Baseball, Graduation, Double Decker, Move-Ins and Outs, Oxford Film Festival, Southern Foodways Symposium, etc.

Concert stay
In town for concert. Close to ole miss stadium via Uber but difficult to walk if not in good shape and good shoes. Close to town square comfortable beds house is packed with amenities and host is close by.

We stayed during a game day weekend in Oxford. The house is perfectly situated to walk to The Square and The Grove. Great location. House was very clean and Warren was great to work with!! He accommodated any request and was super responsive. Appreciate it Warren!

Perfect Spot
We stayed in this lovely home while visiting Oxford for graduation ceremonies. There were too many of us, and we would have needed multiple hotel rooms that were not available.
This home also offered a perfect location for all our weekend plans.

Great location and communicative owners!
This house was perfect for our group stay. Plenty of space with an amazing screened in back porch. Owners were quick to answer any questions about our stay. Walking distance from square, would definitely recommend!

Football Tailgate
From start to finish, it was very easy to communicate with Warren which made everything leading up to our stay incredibly easy. Once we got there, his home was very spacious, and made for a comfortable stay. Not to mention it was a quick Uber ride over to the Grove and even a quick walk to food. Would recommend!

we had a group of 10 in for football game.
Communication with owner was good.
Owner had plenty of sheets and air matresses available to give flexibility in accommodating our group.
Overall good location. A little too far for members of our group to walk to downtown or stadium but UBERs were only $5 so made good use of them.
