Located on a quiet street in a well maintained development, the apartment is finished to a very high standard, it is clean, cosy and bathed in natural light. The apartment features a well-lit and spacious living-dining room furnished with colourful comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and a selection of colourful artwork. Additionally, there's a dining table with seating for up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides ample workspace and boasts high-quality appliances, including a washing machine, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the master bedroom, you'll find a cosy double bed and plenty of storage space, thanks to two large double wardrobes. It also has its own en suite shower room with a WC and wash basin. The second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and offers ample storage space with a large free-standing wardrobe. The family bathroom features a generously-sized, luxurious corner bath with a handheld shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day, as well as a wash basin and WC.
