The Campillín Corner | Asturias Holidays

A bright, spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment beside Campillín Park and a five-minute walk from Oviedo Cathedral and the old town. It has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, and is a comfortable base for exploring Oviedo on a short or extended stay. Sleeps up to eight guests.

The apartment has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room also has two floor mattresses. There is a bright living area with Smart TV and seating, an open-plan kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils, and two bathrooms. High-speed Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area; please respect quiet hours. Bed linen, towels and shower gel are provided. A cot or high chair can be requested in advance for €15 per day. Longer stays are welcome. A parking space may be available about 300 metres away for €10 per day, subject to availability and advance notice. Before check-in, arrange one of these options through Charge Automation: a €100 security deposit or a €25 damage waiver covering up to €300 in damages.

Maximum occupancy is eight guests. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No smoking indoors. Only the people included in the reservation may stay. No pets.
