The room has a large opening to the outside with a mosquito net and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the river view, protecting you from the sun or rain. Outdoors you have a big beautiful cedar 12' x 14' gazebo with table, chairs, bbq & fire pit. You can fish right off our dock, we have hiking trails throughout our property. New Brunswick ATV trails are 500' off our driveway which you can use to mountain bike or walk, ATV or ski doo in the winter. Amazing peaceful rivers edge is a unique & tranquil getaway. Nature lovers paradise, birds flying above and floating gracefully by. For your small dog we have a 20 foot cable leash that has a large ground screw spike that can be firmly placed securely in the ground so you can keep your pet close by when you are out near the Costa Del Sol Gazebo. Please keep in mind that in the country we have predatory wild animals that can come out at any time and your pet is your responsible and cannot be left outside by itself for any amount of time, and when you go inside your Apartment your dog must accompany you and cannot stay outside by itself ever. Bring your motor boat, kayak or canoe for a great time. our 800' long driveway is paved and lit, we have ample parking. Message us if you have a boat and trailer. Overlooking the glistening Pokemouche, it's a wonderful 15 km long waterway that leads out to the Ocean. A few minutes up river, you can meander floating down the gentle current as it relaxes you to have a wonderful day. At night the sky is perfect for stargazing. Views from balcony & windows are fabulous.
