### Apartment 'Oreste' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Vacation apartment "Oreste" is located in Overath and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay. The 68 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a murphy bed for 1 person, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people. On request, a 4th guest is possible, which can sleep on the sofa. The equipment also includes WLAN with its own workstation for home office, cable TV, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer.  
  
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue.  
  
There is a supermarket, a butcher's shop, a bakery, a post office, and a hair salon within walking distance of the apartment. The area benefits from good infrastructure between the Bergisches Land and Cologne. The Cologne Fair and the Lanxess Arena are reached by car within 25 minutes.
