In the district of Ovasta 4 km from the centre of Ovaro, 14 km from the centre of Villa Santina, 21 km from the centre of Tolmezzo. 50 m long very narrow motor access to the grounds. Public parking 270 m on the road. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 14.5 km, bar 300 m, bus stop 150 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  
"Rasat di Sot", 2-room apartment 48 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, 2 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Parquet floors. Small patio. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house, parking space for small car only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site.
