The location was perfect close to Fatima and a supermarket just across the road which offered overnight free parking - receptionists were kind and helpful. Room was a good size and very clean. Big beds and great pillows made it a perfect night sleep!!

If visiting Fátima, great hotel to stay. Walking distance to the church and sites. It’s also near town where a great selection of restaurants and shopping are available. Highly recommended.

Airless room, we had to open room window to street (noisy) and room door to the hallway to get air. No air-conditioning at the time. No microwave, no teapot, no refrigerator, just a bare room, clean, hotel staff was pleasant. Okay for a night (bring a fan or two), convenient location. Seems to consider itself to be an upscale modern hotel, but it falls short.

This hotel is newly constructed and was quite impressed by the modern room that’s comparable to a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet is available at 18€ and have a great variety of food served.

Our stay in this hotel is wonderful except we were briefed on our arrival that breakfast is served on the ground floor, we went to join breakfast to find out our room number was not in the lists , it was very humiliating to be told that

Air conditioning in the room given to us was not working. A fan was purposely placed and windows open because they know that the air conditioning is broken. Asked to move to another room but no room available for the first day. The staff promised to move us the next day to room 309. I told him to put a note so the next person will know. The next day, nobody knew about our complaint.
