Direkt am Strand mit einem Fußweg der zum Morgendlichen Joggen nahezu einlädt! Knapp 4 km nach rechts gibt es ein schönes Wildreservat wo mn ebenso schön spazieren kann! Der Strand und die See laden zum Baden ein! Zu unserer Zeit allerdings eher was für die härteren da es Ende Oktober war! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Fahrminuten an allen Tagen zu erreichen! Das ein oder andere Restaurant und Café gibt es dort ebenso! Diese haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt da die Küche im Haus super ausgestattet und Neu ist sodass sie zum kochen am Abend nahezu einlädt! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Leben benötigt unter anderem einer neuen Einbauküche mit sämtlichem Küchenbedarf. Der Check In / Check Out verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Man hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit bei Bedarf den Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Außer einem Campingplatz, einer Eisbude und einem Minigolf Platz sowie weiteren Ferien-/Wochenendhäuschen gibt es nichts in der näheren Umgebung. Der Vermieter regelte alles per E-Mail, prompt, gut organisiert und fair. Das Haus war renoviert, hell und modern möbliert, mit vielen praktischen Details, selbst Pflaster waren da! Es gab drei Gelegenheiten, draußen zu sitzen, zur Sonne hin und zum Meer, dort hörte man die Wellen. Der Strand (feiner Sand und Kiesel, im Wasser sanft abfallend) war auch während der dänischen Sommerferien nicht überfüllt. Bei schlechtem Wetter konnte man vom Haus aus das Meer betrachten. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig. Der Blick aufs Meer aus dem oberen Wohnzimmer und vom Esstisch aus ist ein Traum. Das Haus war sauber und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Alles was man alltäglich braucht ist vorhanden, sogar Geschirrspültabs oder Waschmittel. In der Nebensaison ist es wunderbar ruhig. So war vor und nach Ostern nicht viel los. An den (sehr warmen) Ostertage war hingegen etwas mehr los, aber es war trotzdem nicht überlaufen. Am Anfang des Urlaubs war es noch recht kalt, so dass man schon viel heizen musste. Das Haus ist leider etwas zugig. Dadurch geht natürlich der Stromverbrauch entsprechend hoch. Aber auch das war noch im Rahmen. Aug 25, 2018 #### Schönes haus in wunderbarer Lage Die Bearbeitung der Buchungsanfrage, die Vertragszusendung und die Abwicklung aller Formalitäten bis hin zur Schlussrechnung verliefen zügig und professionell. Das Haus liegt an einem schönen Strandabschnitt, in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Mitnahme von Fahrrädern ist empfehlenswert, auf Fünen gibt es schöne Radrundwege. Informationen dazu erhält man an der Info des Campingplatzes. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Markt für Frühstücksbrötchen und andere Dinge. Gute Einkaufsgelegenheiten findet man in der nächsten größeren Ortschaft Otterup. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet, jedoch nicht ganz mangelfrei. Die Thermofenster im Obergeschoss bedürfen einer teilweisen Sanierung, damit der schöne Blick nicht getrübt wird. Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche sollte ebenfalls neu versiegelt werden. Die Endreinigung obliegt den Urlaubern. Ob dies allen bewusst ist, vermag ich zu bezweifeln. Der Vermieter sollte bei der Buchung deutlicher darauf hinweisen und ggf. eine Reinigungscheckliste auslegen.
