On the pictures it indicates that there was seating options in the garden, but there wasnt. The parking garage was full,so we had to park on the street where parking was difficult and expensive. The shower did not close fully. The sink was blocked when we arrived. The tenant was not very friendly. When the Aircon did not work he wanted to make me believe that I was unable to manage the remote control to then find out that the battery was low. Apparently I oversaw that we did book without breakfast. When asking, they tenant did not even offer us to have breakfast. The safe was not securely installed. You could easily carry it out of the hotel room. The room and hotel was clean but absolutely overpriced for what you get and the service.

I booked the same day of my stay at 5 oclock in the afternoon. At 8 they called me to tell me not to go anymore because they will close tje reception. At 8 oclock in Italy im tje middle of the summer!! Of couse i couldnt believe it, I asked the guy to wait for me, I was 25 min away in the road. He was extremely rude and hanged up the phone on my face. At 8 30 I had to look for a new place to stay when I arrived in Otranto alone...I would never recommend this place to stay. The rudeness and disrespect is something bery uncommon in Puglia. Anywhere you will fond nice people so better to stay away from this place. On top of everything I asked tjem to return my money then and of course it didnt happen. A terrible experience

L’albergatore è stato scortese e non ci è venuto incontro per risolvere le diverse problematiche dell’hotel . Un hotel senza ascensore ! Abbiamo dovuto fare 2 piani a piedi con le valigie! Non funzionava il condizionatore che era andato in “ stand by “ , la Tv prendeva un solo canale e in più non avevamo neanche l’acqua calda ! Abbiamo dovuto fare le docce con l’acqua fredda

La struttura si trova all'interno di un contesto di case abitate e/o affittate per i turisti. è in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa . la struttura confortevole e il personale gradevole. la proprietà è stata molto cortese e cordiale nell'accoglienza e nel comprendere i bisogni emersi nel soggiorno . siamo soddisfatti . ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . il mare è a pochi metri dalla struttura e servito da strutture idonee e ricettive capaci di soddisfare le esigenze culinarie serali. l'hotel è ben inserito e ha convenzionati i servizi di cui non dispone a tariffe concordate per il cliente . torneremo appena possibile.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice area

Nice and very friendly staff, who helped with my stay, from help about parking to where to go. Room was a bit small (but still big enough), and the bed not very comfortable. The area was very good as it was not in the middle of all the tourists, but only five-ten minutes walk from everything you wanted to see. Overall a good stay!

Tutto ok bella struttura a due passi dal mare stanze pulite e dotate di aria condizionata,titolari gentili e disponibili,eccellenti le colazioni in cui vengono proposte gustose torte fatte in casa. Consigliato.

Awesome location, great staff, and clean!

Great location! Quiet area, a block from a spectacular beach with beach bar, and a 10 minute walk into the historic centre. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast every morning was delicious (especially the home made cakes!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

La posizione dell'hotel non è delle migliori, è nascosto dietro un altro hotel. Non c'è nessun cartello ad indicarne la direzione. Hall carina, colazione buona con la possibilità di avere cappuccino e/o caffè espresso dal bar. Camere piccole, bagno un po' vecchio, ma soprattutto, senza sapone!!!!!

Ottimo soggiorno

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima settimana dal 22 al 29 agosto in questo hotel. Posizione tranquilla e strategica (vicinissima sia al mare che al centro storico di Otranto), struttura nuova, camera e bagno ampi, con uno spazioso terrazzo coperto. Ottima la pulizia, abbiamo potuto parcheggiare le ns. bici nel garage privato dell'hotel. Ottima la colazione con dolce e salato (da provare le torte fatte in casa) seguite personalmente anche dai titolari, sempre gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente qualora tornassimo in zona sceglieremo ancora l'hotel "La Punta".

Ho trascorso con mia moglie 14 notti,tutto ottimo dall'accoglienza alla pulizia buona la posizione dell'hotel, situato vicino al mare ed al centro città.Ottima la colazione con le torte fatte in casa dalla propriataria Francesca,sempre disponibile.

Ho soggiornato presso l' hotel dal 10 al 30 luglio. Ottima la colazione a base di torte fatte in casa e prodotti locali. Camere pulite e con wi-fi di buona qualità. Forse l' armadio non è molto capiente per una doppia. Buona l' ubicazione dell' hotel in quanto molto vicino al mare ed a circa 7-800 metri dal centro storico : l' auto serve se si vogliono visitare le spiagge nei dintorno in quanto ad Otranto i mezzi pubblici hanno solo 2 fermate C(porto e stazione FS) e passono mediamente ogni 2 ore. L' hotel non ha l'ascensore quini se si hanno esigenze particolare è opportuno chiedere, già in fase di prenotazione, una camera al piano terra

Vivamente consigliato

Il punto di forza di questo hotel sono i proprietari,sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. La posizione è perfetta perché abbastanza vicina al centro ma appena addentrato da poter fuggire dal caos se necessario. Il mare azzurro e limpido è a pochi passi a piedi. Otranto è molto piacevole da passeggiare di giorno e molto vivace la sera.
