Una de las recepcionistas fue un poco ruda . Ellos tienen que entender que viajamos de diferente país .y hay cosas y nomenclaturas diferentes.

We stayed here for a few days in June 2026. The staff were so friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on key sights and restaurants. They all spoke English and were receptive to our limited Spanish LOL. The location was great! Very near Setas de Sevilla and the cathedral, we were so happy to be able to walk everywhere. They had a very colorful breakfast room and a happy hour and little bar in the lobby where we tried their signature drink of the day! The room was clean. A/C was good, coffee and water in the room, cleaning staff were super nice. Would definitely recommend!! Seville turned out to be one of our most favorite stops in Spain!

A lovely hotel - the room was a great size and had a lovely view overlooking the park. The pool/gym/jaccuzzi were all added bonuses. The hotel itself is about a 20 minute walk into the heart of Seville or a 5 minute tram ride. You also have historical sites a stones throw away. Highly recommend
