Le domaine comporte 5 hectares de plantations d'oliviers séculaires, d'amandiers et d'arbres fruitiers (citronnier, oranger, figuier, grenadier, noyer, figues de barbarie, cognassier, arbres à kakis). La maison comporte 4 chambres doubles avec leur salle de douche privative et une partie de la maison est réservée aux enfants (6 couchages autour d'une grande salle de jeu avec une chambre de 3 lits, deux alcôves de lits et une salle de douche avec machine à laver). Tous les lits seront préparés et vous disposerez de serviettes pour les douches et la piscine. Il est possibilité de prévoir des services de cuisine à domicile (petit-déjeuner-déjeuner-dïner) avec des produits frais locaux et de faire livrer des produits sur place. La maison comporte une cuisine intérieure (frigo, four, hotte, lave vaisselle) et une cuisine extérieure (lavabo, taque de gaz et barbecue) Il y a également 2 feux ouverts. Une grande et magnifique piscine de 14 mètres de long sur 5 mètres de large se trouve à un peu plus de 50 mètres de la maison au milieu des oliviers ! (attention, la piscine n'est pas sécurisée!) La maison est très agréable et dispose de tout le nécessaire. La piscine est grande et le jardin immense dispose de nombreux arbres fruitiers. Un vrai petit paradis pour des vacances reposantes au calme. Les commodités sont à 10 minutes à peine en voiture ce qui est idéal pour sortir dîner ou faire des courses. La piscine est magnifique, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps pour profiter du soleil et bouquiner à l'ombre d'un olivier. L'espace repas sous la tonnelle est charmant et aéré. La maison est sobre, esprit Trulli, et décorée avec goût. Chacun a son espace et sa salle de bain ce qui permet une cohabitation heureuse. Accueil attentif dans une maison impeccable. M. de Battice, le propriétaire est très disponible et une personne sur place s'occupe de vous transmettre toutes les informations pour le séjour. Nous avons passé deux semaines et le ménage intermédiaire prévu dans le contrat a été parfaitement réalisé par Mme Maria Lucia. La maison est idéalement située entre Carovigno et Ostuni, la campagne environnante est belle et typique. Accès facile pour visiter les principaux villages de la région qui est fréquentée par un tourisme très italien. Nous étions 9 personnes, en famille, entre 21 et 86 ans, nous avons tous été enchantés par notre séjour. Merci de nous avoir fait partager votre petit coin de paradis. Nous ne manquions de rien, et chacun y a trouvé ce qu'il désirait pour ses vacances. Il est évidemment nécessaire d'avoir une voiture vu l'emplacement de la maison et le peu de transport publiques. We loved the pool and daily dinners outside. We ranged from 18 months to 75 and if worked for everyone. 4 of the bedrooms had there own bathroom and there were 5 total. This is a spectacular property set amid a gorgeous setting if olive, almond, quince and fig trees. We travelled with a group if 6 and everyone was very comfortable. The pool was great. We didn't realize it was a bit far from town and groceries but we were happy. The property manager Maria was great. ##### mary kay h. A few minor points however - we did find it too hot in the bedrooms at night and wished we had Air cond. The layout was good although the property manager failed to show us the attached bedroom which we only found on the 2nd day - by chance as it is hard to spot. Struggled with a big group and no ice maker/freezer in the kitchen only in the store room by the pool where additional fridge is which was for wine etc. No space in the small kitchen fridge. A house of this size needs proper freezer/ice making/fridge in the kitchen. Whilst lots of seating - all chairs were quite uncomfortable and there were no seat pads. Bins too small for such a big group and not emptied daily as we were told so it was tricky trying to recycle properly. Maria was amazing and we really enjoyed her cooking. Great location for Ostuni and the airport. Pool was good - but I am not sure it got the attention from the pool cleaners it needed. All shower heads were blocked and need attention. We all hated the white shingle laid all around the house which covers you in white dust and walks everywhere in the house. Shame there was no proper terrace to sit on for drinks in the evening - however none of the above stopped us having the most wonderful week in this very relaxed house - just a few small tweaks and we would definately love to come back. thank you ##### sara r. The outdoor pool and seating area was perfect. We did miss the absence of the ping pong table and would have loved air-conditioning in the upstairs bedroom as it gets very hot in summer. The ambience is not captured in pictures. Everything is very well kept. Arnauld was great at communication and providing information prior to our arrival. The cherry on top is Maria Lucia, property coordinator/ chef. She went above and beyond to prepare memorable meals and organized all needed for a birthday dinner we were celebrating. The house had a great layout for a group our size: the grandparents got their own, separate room with own entrance, the adult bedrooms were nicely spread around the house and each with own bathroom and entry outside, and the children shared a bathroom, one bedroom and the two alcoves plus a lounge area just for them. We also really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and spacious dining area outside, as well as the pool area, which had lots of deck chairs with cushions, a fridge, and lots of olive trees around. This really is a beautiful house with white, simplistic decor. Around, lots of nice little beaches are within short driving distance, also lovely villages to visit. 10min drive to nearest supermarket. I would definitely recommend this house for a group of family or friends. Thank you Arnaud for letting us stay here! ##### Noora L. Situated between Ostuni and Carovigno in a beautiful oasis of olive trees, we were able to drive to surrounding cities and beaches or relax by the pool.
