Be prepared for the internet to sometimes get a little spotty and the walk to the metro station is a little long but otherwise I have no complaints.

The hotel was under renovation when we visited. It was very much overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was nice with a good range of options.

Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!

If you're seeking a top-notch, beautifully-managed and serene hotel in the Lake Garda or Trento region, look no further! You will find a scenic location with a backdrop of impressive mountains and rooms looking over its own vineyard and olive trees, just a walk of several minutes to the lake and the downtown of the charming, low-key Riva del Garda (a lovely town with great history, as well as a connection point for the Lake Garda ferry). The immaculately-maintained hotel is first class in every way: uniformly friendly and helpful staff, breakfast to easily match those of the most elegant hotels, several superb restaurants, inviting pools and grounds for relaxing and an excellent spa. We found the clientele to be mature, quiet and respectful. Mr. Nicolli obviously set out to establish a property that could be considered premier on the world stage, and he surely has succeeded. We surely will return!
