Hotel is lovely, the nicest we've found in Oslo. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and the location is unreal. 50 yards from the main square where the train station is, and a block from Karl Johans Gate. Highly recommend.

Great location, amazing breakfast! The room is not huge.. but i believe that depends on the room you select. Amazing staff too. Across from the train station which may seem odd but it is wonderful if you travel by train to other parts of norway and return to oslo.

The property and the on-site restaurant were excellent. A special shout-out to Natalie at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to, and Alexandra at breakfast, who was cheery, friendly, and perfectly executed every order from lattes to menu items. Exceptional staff like them truly make you want to return. However, I ran into an issue after returning home. I received an email accusing me of taking a bottle of wine from the mini-bar. As someone who doesn't even drink wine and didn't touch the mini-bar, the accusation rubbed me the wrong way. While they did remove the charge after I protested, I hope it was because they genuinely believed me rather than just trying to avoid a bad review. The room was likely either poorly inspected after a previous guest or improperly restocked, but the experience left a bit of a sour taste.

Very nice hotel within 2 blocks of the train station. It made it handy to get to the airport. The bathroom was wonderful, as was our room overlooking the plaza. Great food.
