"After a complete nightmare at another establishment after a very long day of travel and at an event, it was extremely refreshing to find your hotel to be very clean and able to accommodate us. Your associate Prabal was very considerate, personable and helpful...not to mention we had a great conversation about F1! I cannot thank your hotel and him enough for everything and allowing us to finally relax in comfort. Our room was spic and span and the air worked (that is a shot at the place I had my money refunded). Other than the people next to us that were up screaming and yelling at 3am (your late night front desk associate managed to handle that issue as well quickly) I would recommend this hotel many times over."

"Holiday Inn Express Oshawa has truly become our home away from home! We’ve checked in here around 20 times over the past 5 years, and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and spacious, the staff is welcoming, and it’s perfect for families. Our kids love the pool, and we appreciate the well-equipped gym and the convenience of indoor basement parking. A consistently excellent hotel experience every single stay. Highly recommended! "

"Lovely area and very large, bright space. Mostly well equipped. Lots of room and great closet space. Glass doors on entry door and shower doors were quite dirty. No information about what to do with towels, garbage and recycling when leaving. Main thing to improve is a motion detcction light on the stairs going down the hill to the door at the back of the property. Very difficult to see the steps and very easy to trip at night. I came back after dark both nights and could have easily tripped. Should not have to use phone flashlight to be safe. I would stay again. Needs towel bars and more garbage bags."
