It is near a railway line and which operates early jnte morning and can be heard. The breakfast is very good. However i found during my stay that i was charged twice, once an initial amount by the company who process card payments used by the hotel and then a second time when the amount is finalised and the original amount is released back to the card holders account. Apparently this can happen in Japan. It is close enough to walk Namba area, has a decent guest laundry.
