The rooms have everything you need and are clean. The room had a bit of a weird smell and our window opened into a neighbouring building, so it wasn’t the nicest having the window open! Plus the fan is super loud so I’d recommend leaving it on while you’re out of the room to help with the smell. The room is super dark (great to sleep but kind of gloomy in the daytime). However, the hotel room smells like urine thorough the stay, no matter how much aroma room spray was used. There were a few noticeable stains in the room carpet. The bathroom also smells a bit upon checking in and has some mould spots clearly seen around the sink. The exhaust fan in the room (sleeping area) was loud and could not be switched off. I could only sleep with earplugs every night. The staff quality could also be improved. One night, while waiting for the lift, a staff was throwing up in the restaurant and the sound was quite disturbing. Another day, another staff had strong body odour. There was absolutely no natural light entering the room.
