It is nicely situated between Osaka Castle and Namba making everything readily accessible. Everything has to be done electronically. The property manager sent us a link to complete the pre-check in process but the link didn’t work. We tried to request them to send it a different way but they never responded. I’m glad that Expedia representative be able to help us get the information to get in the building. Nobody’s in the lobby to greet us and we had to complete the check in process with the IPad.
