Some other reviews are so harsh! This place has a wonderful location, right next to Dotonbori and Namba station so it's very convenient to get around. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly! Originally, I had booked for mixed gender floor, but I was upgraded to women-only floor at no charge! There is multi-lingual signage everywhere for ease-of-access and even has personal lockers to store valuables. Other guests were respectful and quiet, no problems with noise or trash!
