We stayed here for 6 nights after a short trip to Osaka. Hotel is a short walk from the metro, Dotonbori district and Shinsaibashi shopping area. It is in a quiet location but with lots of restaurants and a few convenience stores nearby. All front & back of hotel staff have been amazing - credit to Travis who has been extremely helpful especially when transferring to the Nankai Namba Rapit station. Room is also a decent size. Laundry facilities and drink station are a bonus within the hotel too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for directions, the young lady walked us straight to the station. We were transferred to Osaka station on the day of check out also.
