I'm not suggesting anyone else was in on it, but it did mean I didn't feel safe making a complaint, so I just left alone in tears in the early hours of the morning before anyone else woke up, and continued to have related anxiety for the rest of my trip. Price, service and location were otherwise fine, cleanliness and comfort only so-so.
