Felt safe walking in and around the property. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes around the property/in the room. Our beds were right next to the balcony and I believe that’s where everyone smokes. However, the cleanliness needs improvement as it was not up to expectations. Additionally, there were too many restrictions, such as extra charges for using too much water, gas, or electricity, which felt quite limiting. Another downside was the lack of a bidet in the toilet, which would have made the stay more comfortable. We arrived early, and went shopping right away as that's the only day we can do some shopping as the next 2 days will be a busy day tour. We were allowed to leave our bags and luggages at noon time while they clean the room for us. I put on shopping bag on the kitchen counter top next to our luggages. But unfortunately, that one shopping bag was mistakenly thrown by the cleaner. We came back and realized that we were missing one bag, so I messaged the host to inform them about it. The host was accommodating since we started the check in process until the end. The host graciously compensate us. I really appreciate their geture, but it's not about the value of the missing items but the way they communicate with us and very understanding of the situation. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The room is very spacious, with complete kitchen appliances and the washer is very big plus! Will stay again here for sure! The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome. The facilities were convenient and well thought out, having a washing machine was especially useful while traveling with children. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I loved buying breakfast from the seafood markets next to it. for the price and location this place is 10/10\.
