Mar 23, 2023 Liked: Location, listing accuracy #### Locked Out The link that we received to get the check-in information was incorrect and we could not get ahold of anyone to help, so we had to stay somewhere else . Eventually, we did hear from the building management and they apologized and promptly refunded our money for the time we couldn’t check-in. I believe it was an honest mistake. The location was good. The place is pretty small for a family of four, but it does look just like the pictures. The place was fairly clean when we arrived, but the toilet had a strange smell. We only found one bowl and a few plates in the kitchen cabinets. The jets in the bathtub were not working and the system in the bathtub area that dries wet clothes was not working.
