Staff were kind and explained everything during check in. The place is right by the busy streets though so you hear all the noise, so definitely bring ear plugs or noise cancellations headphones for the night. My room was near the stair exit where smokers smoke so the smell does penetrate through the hallways BUT fortunately not in the rooms, so that’s good.
