We verify reviews according to our guidelines and publish all reviews, positive or negative.[More information](https://www.expedia.ca/lp/b/content-guidelines) ### 8.0 Cleanliness ### 10 Staff & service ### 6.0 Property conditions & facilities 10 - Excellent 0 8 - Good 1 6 - Okay 0 4 - Poor 0 2 - Terrible 0 ### 8/10 Good #### たけうっち, 北陸 Aug 26, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort 妻と娘との３人で１泊しました。 民家の一室を貸し出している、いわゆる民泊です。 場所が非常に分かりにくいです。阪和線に沿った一方通行の通りから10mほど西に奥まっており、看板等も出していない（あったかも知れませんが気づきませんでした）、普通の民家です。 どうしても分からない場合は電話することをお勧めします。 オーナーさんは非常に腰が低い方で、とても丁寧に応対していただけました。 車で行きましたが、施設の前のスペースは軽自動車くらいの幅しかないので、南に300mほど行ったあたりの有料駐車場を教えてもらって利用しました。20時〜8時で300円だったと思います。 １階の２間続きの和室を利用しました。 部屋にエアコンはなく、奥のダイニングのエアコンの空気を扇風機で送ってもらってようやく涼しくなりました。 廊下やダイニングとの仕切りの襖には鍵がなかったので、ちょっと緊張しました。 部屋はとても清潔で、敷布団にはマットも付けてあって柔らかく、ぐっすり眠ることができました。 ダイニングとの仕切りの襖を開けっ放しにしておいたので、扇風機を止めてからもエアコンの冷気が流れ込んできて涼しかったです。 アメニティは、フェイスタオル、バスタオル、歯ブラシ＆歯磨き粉です。タオル類はきちんとクリーニングされ、歯ブラシ＆歯磨き粉はビジネスホテルによくある使い捨てタイプです。 冷蔵庫はキッチンのものを利用できました。共同使用なので、名前を書いた袋に入れておきました。水筒用の氷を少々いただきました。 お風呂も共同で、家庭用なので１人ずつ入ります。リンスインシャンプーとボディソープは使いかけのものがいくつかありました。洗面所には石鹸もいくつかありました。 トイレも共同です。水洗ですが、いわゆるウォシュレットではありません。 北へ150mほど行くとセブンイレブンがあり、冷たいビールを買うことができました。杉本駅の周りには飲食店も若干あるようです。 阪和線のすぐそばなので騒音の心配をしていましたが、やかましくて眠れないというほどのものではありませんでした。 ３人素泊まりで16,000円でした。 夏休み最後の土曜ということで、非常に高い宿しかなかったので、助かりました。 ##### たけうっち Stayed 1 night in Aug 2018
