Many owners live here full time and we like our neighbors. Here is a list of items to note: • Enjoy the views, and keep personal belongings such as wet towels and bathing suits hanging in the bathroom to dry not on the balcony or any outdoor railings. Toss your wet suits and towels in the dryer instead. • Follow all pool rules and be respectful to others using the pool. Pool rules are posted around the pool. There are restrooms next to the pool for your use. • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Refrain from loud music, shouting, and disruptive behaviors at all times. • When leaving, you must turn off the main water line valve located in the laundry room and notify the property manager you have left. • Absolutely no pets allowed. If you have a service animal you must contact the property management BEFORE booking to avoid extra fees. \-The maximum occupancy is six people, no matter the age. Thank you for your cooperation. The space was amazing, the view of the lake breathtaking, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The pool area is resort quality, and when we rented a boat we were able to use the slip at the docks on property. You won’t want for anything if you select this property for your stay! ##### Jodi E. Beds were VERY comfortable. Only problem was door lock battery was low and we were locked out several times causing disruption to our group and costing my daughter 25 minutes of angst at midnight trying to get ahold of me. Was locked out again next day and properly manager did fix it quickly (battery issue). Things like this happen but it was inconvenient nonetheless. However, property is great, parking is easy, enjoyed the pools and common area to serve large group.
