THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in main home. • Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. One vehicle may park in the designated 831 parking spot located in front of Building 8, while the second vehicle may park in any open, unlabeled parking space in the lot. • This unit is located on the third floor (top floor) of the building, with parking available on the ground level (level 1). Please note that an elevator is not available, so guests will need to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the front door. Once inside, the condo is all on one level - no additional stairs are required. • This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines: o Maximum of 1 dog per stay. Dogs only—no other pets are permitted. o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. o Dogs must be under 50 pounds. We do not allow pets over this weight limit.
