The master bedroom has a king sized bed, master bath, closet and individual climate control. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Being a top floor unit, the vaulted ceiling is open to the loft that has two twin XL beds and a queen double stack air mattress if needed for additional sleeping space. All bedding is providing including extra blankets, pillows and extra towels. For your convenience, we have provided a stackable washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The balcony is complete with outdoor seating space for you to enjoy breath-taking views of the main channel and the amazing pool (in season). A beautiful stone fireplace that burns Dura-Flame logs (the only type permitted to burn in the fireplaces) provides a cozy gathering place for a chilly winter's night. The kitchen is fully supplied with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator and ice-maker, built-in microwave, range and dishwasher. The layout was perfect — 2 bedrooms, a cozy loft, 2 bathrooms, and a nice balcony where we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made feeding our crew super easy. They also provided plenty of large, soft pool towels, and the pool area itself was beautiful and well-kept.The only downside was the loft was hard to keep as cool as the rest of the house and that the unit itself is on the top floor and there’s no elevator, so the stairs could be a bit of a workout at times. The loft winding staircase is a little difficult to navigate, the teens used the loft area with the two twin beds. It was in a safe place, very well located and with a view. The cleaning was up to par and you couldn't tell if there were any pets left from the last person.
