Apartment complex near the centre of Orosei, with all services, bars, restaurants and shops within easy reach. In addition, the beach is 2 km away, allowing you to fully enjoy the beauty of the sea and beaches of Sardinia.   
  
Its strategic location will allow you to explore both the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei and the characteristic Sardinian hinterland, which offers the opportunity for wonderful excursions. Guests have at their disposal a convenient private car park in front of the Residence.   
  
Although the flats belong to the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment.   
There is a penalty of 50.00 for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste.

The flats are furnished in typical Sardinian style, all with an equipped kitchenette, 2 single beds (that can be joined), twin or double bedroom, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, wifi.
