• Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.

Beautiful home!

The house was exactly as described.. be forewarned though if you're going to rent, just pay the extra to heat the pool because it was freezing without it! We paid the extra money, and the pool was literally like bath water! It was wonderful!

Visit with Grandkids and Disney Day!

My husband and I visited for almost 2 weeks and very much enjoyed our condo. It was very clean, great pool and super location to visit our kids and grandkids. We also love to shop and love the Disney Parks. This location was perfect for us. The town of Clermont is also great! We’re from a small town in Wisconsin and Clermont gives us that hometown feel. Enjoyed every minute. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

It was nice but the housekeeper didn’t do a good job and as a housekeeper my boss would have been upset. Pet hair everywhere sheets was not cleaned because it was pet hair in the bed and on the floor. Food crumbs everywhere. So it is safe to say that she did not do her job but overall the area and stores was awesome And the activities that me and my family had planned was close in the area, so it was nice

It was a short vacation, but the house was really comfortable and had everything we needed for our family group of 9. If I can recommend anything to the owner, is to increase the toilet paper and garbage bag's stock, because we ran out of them before leaving the place. This could be depending on the quantity of people at home and if not used, it should be left in the home.

Overall Good Experience

The neighborhood and home were lovely. Check in had a minor hiccup that I think was just a communication issue between whoever takes the messages and the actual manager of the home. We found some mold on the coffee/keurig and we found two tapcon metal screws in the pool. There is a drain cover from the pool that was detached and sitting on the patio. Overall the home was great, plenty of amenities and linen/towels. Only other concern we noticed was that leaving the AC between 73-75 the home would be at 78-81 degrees in the early evenings. Thank you guys for a great experience!

I love that the villa was near all shopping so we didn't have travel far. The master room was comfortable but there was a issue with getting bit by either spiders or mosquitoes I had to do some dusting due to spider webs were near the top of the bed and the outside pool area was comfortable but someone should either pressure or do more deep cleaning due to the fan has a lot of spider webs as well as around the top area by the pool but other then that everything else was great and the check process was easy and checking out
