Solterra Resort - is a beautiful paradise located in Davenport, Florida and it is just off the I-4 Highway 35-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. This luxury community was designed offering security with gated entrance, privacy, and peace all just minutes away from Orlando’s park. Only 15 minutes from the main attractions as a Epcot, magic Kingdom - Walt Disney World and Animal Kingdom and only 12 minutes from the Vineland Premium Outlets, 7 miles to Walt Disney World, 17 miles to Universal Studios of Orlando. Numerous shops and restaurants are located within a few minutes drive from the resort. Posner Park to 5 minutes by car to Target, Best Buy, Ross, JCPenny, Diks , Cinepolis IMAX. Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5 mile drive) from a Publix supermarket and other stores. Near Golf Clubs.

Just ok, was not our best vrbo experience but did the job.

The house was large and beautiful, although not super clean. Lots of cobwebs and layers of dust but that did not initially bother us. The community waterslide area cost extra, wish we knew that. The personal pool area was also very dirty, not only actual dirt but spiderwebs and debris in the pool. The pool screen was horribly ripped everywhere which let in a lot of reptiles. I asked multiple times to be sure the pool would be heated, then less then a day before hand I was charged for this, which was nowhere listed, but ok-not unusual and we wanted the pool warm. The pool was never warm. Not even close. When I messaged the host about concerns they were not quick to respond (hours or even the next day) and they didn’t address most issues. They offered to have the screen fixed while we were there which not only seemed very inconvenient for us but also possibly a lie. There were many bathrooms in the house and after many days on of the towel rods fell off the wall in a bathroom that hadn’t been used earlier. The host accused us of breaking it and lieing about it because we did not report it immediately upon arrival. They also gave us a very hard time about a clogged toilet that I knew nothing about. Possibly in a bathroom we never even used. What shouldn’t have been a very big deal ended with some not super nice messages being the icing on the cake of a just ok stay. This house is just ok, I would not return but that is likely due to the pool temps and the rude messages.

Gorgeous home

This house is amazing! Better than pictured on the listing. Super clean Everything you need is here. The two living spaces let my teenager have his own space which he loved. The hot tub and pool are perfect. The heater is extra which I didn’t realize but one message and the host responded right away and turned it on. Do not hesitate to reserve this home!

Beautiful house, but

This is a great property for families. We especially enjoyed the second floor living room. There was lots of room for everyone to have their own space. I think the listing should include that there is an additional charge for fitness room, arcade, communal pool with lazy river. Also, the use of the BBQ grill was 65 - too much for a grill that was older and dirty. The pool and spa were 95 for the week, which we felt was reasonable, but the jets did not work and were not fixed until the 5th day of our stay.after several attempts to resolve. We found the bathroom fan covers very dirty - just a “heads up” to the cleaning staff. The rug runner in the first floor bedroom rug has curled up edges which may present a trip hazard. All said,we would consider coming back for a future stay. .

The best property rented

By far the best house we've rented in Orlando area, very spacious, each one had their own privacy, 2 tv areas for the different preferences. The kitchen was very well equipped, the pool nice and warm for the chilly evenings.vthe bedrooms are not big, but is not the purpose to stay inside all day. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and fit the needs. The community center was very nice, the gym well equipped, the lazy river very relaxing, the snack store very convient. You can encounter a long queue when accessing in/out the community, depending on the time of the day, but you get used to it quickly. Definitely, we will consider renting this property next time we come to the area.

Orlando Vacation

Overall the house was exactly as the pictures. Lots of room. Pool area was very nice! The common pool is something we also took advantage of several days. The drinks and food were all good. Overall a very relaxing vacation. Nestor answered all questions very promptly!! :) I would stay here again.

Thanksgiving/Christmas

My son lives in a neighboring community, he recommended Solterra. He usually comes up north for Christmas. This year my youngest son and his family joined my husband and myself. This home was very spacious. We didn’t feel crammed at all. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. Neighbors were a bit loud. I would definitely recommend this home.

Nice home - convenient location

We stayed with our family of 6. Each teen/adult had their own space and with two common living spaces the house was great. Close enough to amusement parks and other attractions - gated community offered good assurance of safety. Communication with property management/owner was efficient. Would stay again.

Very nice, comfy and clean

This rental was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and just really nice. Pools, lazy river, and gym were excellent too. Very smooth checkin. We had no issues entering the resort as others have mentioned. Only mark it down a star because the kitchen is under stocked. No bakeware whatsoever for the oven except 2 very rusty old pans. And only skillet was not usable for similar reasons. Hopefully they will remedy that.

Great place, getting into resort ridiculous

The house is very nice. Plenty of space for two families to spread out. Upstairs even has large separate living/playroom. Had one issue with heat of swimming pool but manager handled it quickly. Getting into entrance of resort is inefficient and dangerous. Traffic backs up all the way to Ronald Reagan Drive most afternoons if you are turning left into resort. If possible plan your route to turn right into resort. This is a resort issue and not an issue of this property, but knocks down the rating of check in process and convenience. Line of cars took half an hour plus most days to get back into resort. Sheriff should get involved as there are going to be car accidents with this problem.

Great week in Orlando. The house was prefect for our family. Lots of room, great pool, and excellent resort amenities. Convenient location for Disney and the Orange County Convention center. 30 mins to and from most places unless traffic was really bad. Nothing unmanageable at all. We really enjoyed our stay.
