Scenic Old Lake Davenport is only a stone’s throw away where you can lounge on the beach, play volleyball, dine al fresco, rent a watercraft, or go fishing. For dining, stay right onsite and walk next door to the Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, afterward taking a leisurely stroll to admire the native flora and fauna along the walking trails right behind the home.   
  
The home’s private, screened-in balcony overlooks the lush community grounds, a picturesque spot for quiet mornings with your first few sips of morning coffee, dining al fresco, or enjoying an evening cocktail at the end of long days exploring. This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in.  
  
This home is located in Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away.  
  
HOUSE RULES:  
  
• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.  
  
• Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.  
  
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.   
  
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.   
  
• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.   
  
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.

Property was good and clean, only concern we had was it wasn’t clearly mentioned that unit was on third floor. Other than that property had good rooms with balcony.

#### Awesome experience 

The property and location was amazing. My family enjoyed all the comfort of this property and its surroundings, it was my kids first time at Disney. It was extremely quiet, clean and beautiful just like the website described. All equipment worked perfectly. The kitchen space was functional and clean. Above all, communication with the property manager was excellent. Jay responded to me in record time and made sure all of my questions was answered. He took the time to make sure I was well informed of the process. Thanks for a terrific stay at this wonderful place.

#### Comfortable and relaxing condo

The condo was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The bathrooms were huge and the large tubs were great for relaxing at the end of the day. The screened porches were also very enjoyable. We enjoyed walking around the resort and using the pools and beach area.

#### Family Vacation 

We had a very enjoyable stay in this 3bedroom, 2 bath unit. Lots of room for my husband, 2 children and in-laws. Bright and clean with all the home amenities, close driving to theme parks. We had so much fun hated to see our vacation come to an end :)
