Hwy 192 is only two minutes away, offering a 24 hour Wal-Mart, shops and restaurants. The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home. We truly had a wonderful time there and it was a great part of our vacation. Communication with the host was smooth and effective; kudos to Craig for his great service. If there was one thing we could’ve changed it would’ve been for the the pool to have been a couple degrees warmer from the get-go cause Kissimmee was a bit chilly during our stay so we couldn’t really enjoy the pool as we would’ve wanted to. We were not in one another's way. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt safe. The house was very nice; however, there were just minor issues, of which can be fixed. I can't speak for the beds in all of the bedrooms, but the bedroom on the lower level could use a new mattress. I'm not sure how long the house had been sitting prior to our arrival, because it was lacking in the cleaning department. In the master bedroom, there was hair in the shower; the pool area could have been swept off; there were spider webs on the pool furniture; there were also missing blind pieces throughout the house; the garbage disposal did not work; and the dishwasher had standing water in it, which after a couple days began to smell. Overall, I would rent this house again. The issues I speak of are not to be negative and not for people to not rent the unit, but to bring awareness to the issues that the management company might not know about.
