Step into your private sanctuary starting with the screened-in lanai, where a tranquil outdoor haven awaits. A dining table for six sits beneath the covered patio—perfect for alfresco meals. Beyond it, the sparkling inground pool and bubbling hot tub invite you to relax in the Florida sunshine, while safety gates around the pool ensure peace of mind for families with little ones. Lounge chairs provide a quiet corner to soak up the sun, and when you're ready to head inside, the space flows beautifully through sliding glass doors into a cozy, upscale living room. Here, a leather sectional wraps around a large smart TV, creating a plush gathering space for movie nights or morning coffee.

This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests between 6 private bedrooms and a day bed in the loft.   
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a TV.   
  
Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and a TV.   
  
Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds and a TV.   
  
Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.   
  
Bedroom #5 is Mickey-themed and includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.   
  
Bedroom #6 includes a king size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.   
  
This home also includes 3 additional full bathrooms, all complete with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.   
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
  
• Driveway and stall/street parking is available for 3 vehicles.   
  
• This home is pet friendly. Up to 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.  
  
• High chair and portable crib available.   
  
• Stairs required.   
  
• Patio grills.   
  
• Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. If there is not a BBQ on site one MIGHT be able to be added depending on availably and HOA regs. Cost to rent a BBQ off site is $150/week and cannot be guaranteed.  
  
• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29.00 per night. Please contact our Customer Service team after you have booked your stay for further payment.   
  
• Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. If you would like the pool heated, please contact our reservation team prior to your arrival and they will advise you on the additional cost to heat the pool and the spa. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.  
  
• Cold fronts in the winter months (60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.  
  
• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hail storms, wind and a variety of other weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair.  
  
This home is advantageously located with several nearby options for dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (7.5 miles), Epcot (7.5 miles), Hollywood Studios (7 miles), Animal Kingdom (8.5 miles), Universal Studios (14.5 miles), Legoland (35 miles), Margaritaville Resort Orlando (3.5 miles), and SeaWorld (10.5 miles)!

We found the unit clean. We spent Thanksgiving week there had an issue with one of the stove burners. I was stressed as you need all burners working when cooking a big meal the issue was immediately resolved and I had a new burner for the big event! Super fast service for ordering a new part on a holiday week! The kitchen was appointed with large pans and all needed equipment to prepare a big meal for many! Everyone loved the house and we LOVED having our fur baby welcomed there! A little issue with the gate at entrance but I’ll take it to have the security! Amazon even found us and the package was waiting when we arrived home! Well done!

#### Beware

This property was the worst rental property. There was hair on multiple beds. Eyelash on the floor of the master bathroom. There was yellow stains on the sheets on the twin bed. The towels looked dirty and dingy. We had to go purchase our own towels and laundry detergent to wash everything. There are water ants everywhere- Primarily in the bathrooms and we could even use the room with the double bunk beds due to the ants. I was advise that there was no additional cost to heat the hot tub. The hot tub was cold our entire trip. The back door got stuck and would not close. The sofa in the living room is weathered. The property manager was rude and became unresponsive in regards to finding a solution to the issues.
