With a private pool and hot tub, close proximity to major theme parks, and the ability to accommodate a large group, there’s no better place to indulge in every virtue and vice. The Space: We welcome you to Sergio’s Epic Casa dedicated and named for his 2 young guns, Zay and Zac. This is TRULY a family adventure from beginning to end when you stay here. Families love the open-concept design with a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living area. This desired layout provides optimal entertaining as you mingle with your fellow guests. The living room offers a Smart TV, PS4, and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up delicious meals from home or a quick pre-theme park snack. In the kitchen you can also find a dining table for 4\. The home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably between 4 bedrooms, and sleeper sofa in the living room. Each space is tastefully decorated and is furnished with cool, crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. \- Bedroom #1, located on the main living floor, features a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers a stand-up shower. From here, you have access to step out onto a space where we can guarantee you’ll spend most of your time. The backyard is a true oasis with a crystal blue pool, and a hot tub that’s just the right temp. \- Bedroom #2, located upstairs, is configured with a Queen bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite has a shower/tub combo. \- Bedroom #3, also located upstairs, is decked out with 2 Twin beds, Smart TV, and Xbox. \- Bedroom #4 in the loft features a Twin bed, mini Nintendo, and Smart TV. There is an additional full shared bathroom on the 1st floor with a walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: \- Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. The pictures do paint a great picture of the actual property. Only thing is when I walked in it had a stale smell somewhat of smoke that may have not be defused all the way or maybe embedded in the curtains, so I did buy some room scents and opened a couple windows, it helped a little. The pool and hot tub looked great from the eye but it was super cold! I’m not sure if it was supposed to get warm but it didn’t, that was definitely an upset for my 9 year old. Also I ended up washing the utensils because there was alot of them with food still stuck on it. The sheets on the beds were a little worn out with bleach spots. I thought about looking into ownership with Margaritaville but the hot tub not warming up and the worn out bleached sheets was a turn off to purchase into the resort. My family and I made the best of the situation but we will probably try another resort when we come back. But we do appreciate the hospitality! ##### Shavonya V. Our family had plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely love to stay here again. The location is great, easy access to shopping and food. The homeowners were great, we had an issue with the hot tub and they made sure to send someone the next day to fix it. The cons, the shower heads could be better. It was difficult, as a lady with long hair, to wash and rinse clean my hair. I wish there was a binder with information about the house and belongings, gaming stuff, and checkout information. We couldn’t figure out the various gaming systems, and it took a minute to get the tv’s figured out as well. I kept having to refer back to an email the rental company sent to see if it had information regarding steps for check out etc. Overall we were very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. ##### Donna B. This house was perfect for our family of 6 for our trip to Disney/Universal. We loved this property it slept all of us comfortably and had all the amenities we needed including a pool. Conveniently located about 15 minutes to Disney and 30-40 minutes to Universal Studios. It’s right off the main road with tons of restaurants and shopping. There is also a Target within a 2 min drive with a Starbucks located inside. The Margaritaville neighborhood was great and very quiet. We will definitely be back. ##### Jessica L.
